Resume:

Sabita Maitra, LPN

Leesburg, Virginia

acwy12@r.postjobfree.com

703-***-****

I am presently located and residing in Virginia – I shall be moving to California (the Los Angeles area) within the next few weeks. I am currently in the process of transferring my current Virginia LPN license to a California LVN license. I currently hold an active (as of 07/14/2015) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - Multi-State Privilege that was issued by the state of Virginia.

I am seeking a permanent and full-time position as an LPN. I would like to be considered as a candidate for this position as well as for any/all nursing positions within your company that may become available/open in the future. I would like to start the hiring process – application completion, recent/updated background check, completion of necessary information, verification of work history/certifications/licenses and references.

I have acquired the knowledge (through my education – LPN school, RN school and the completion of an MA and Pharmacy Technician certificate/license programs) and the clinical skills (through my past work history - as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, private duty caregiver and LPN) that allow me the ability to be able to grow and progress in the nursing position I accept. I have my own reliable transportation, no children and no other job(s), therefore allowing my (work) schedule to be very open and flexible to be available to work morning/evening/night/weekend shifts, as well as overtime, if necessary.

Please see my resume for more details.

Sincerely,

Sabita Maitra
