Reviewed Sales Quote, called the builder, got answers to questions concerning the quote, made necessary changes, and converted quote to a Sales Order
Sales Order compared to the house prints, communicated with Engineering/Costing on any discrepancies. Requested updated house prints/pricing and prepared for an Order Read
Post Order read, I communicated to the builder and Sales Rep the questions/concerns that were discussed during the Order Read
Changes to the Sales Order and/or house prints were made based on those discussions
The Sales Order was then converted into a Production Order after the builder signed off, and the house was releases to Production.

Duties:
Completed take offs and ordered all Kitchen and Bath cabinetry using Engineering prints
Ordered all interior/exterior doors, windows, kitchen counter tops, which included laminate, solid surface and/or quartz using counter top prints provided by Engineering, along with scheduling templates and installation of solid surface and/or quartz

Attended order reads where production concerns were discussed
Responsibilities continued with checking all daily receivers to open purchase orders, confirming the material ordered was the material received. Any discrepancies were handled immediately by contacting the associate that placed the order in addition to contacting the vendor for clarification and resolution.
Inventory control - daily, weekly, monthly inventory counts, auditing and recording during quarterly inventory, in addition to entering inventory totals into our Inventory Control System and communicating with the Controller regarding discrepancies.
