In the shop I generally oversaw the work of two to three people. This included keeping them on task, transitioned them to new tasks, and taught the new employees, all while completed my own fabrication assignments. In the field I operated either a crane truck (55 foot), or a bucket truck (35 foot) to install signage on structures. I also performed electrical wiring of signage along with final hookup for illumination. Along with these duties, I was responsible (or delegated) the stock for main fabrication shop and on trucks. This included maintenance of crane and bucket trucks quality and safety standards. Accomplishments

I trained multiple new employees to be proficient in metal fabrication and electrical wiring of led and neon lighting.

Eldorado Wall Company - Boulder, CO - March 2004 to January 2007 Responsibilities

Traveled to locations across the country to ensure initial foundation of rock climbing wall gymnasiums. Checked in, sorted, and quality controlled over delivered materials. Performed installation of large scale wall foundation and outer facings. Welded angle iron frame work for walls. Cut and mounted plywood skins, as well as, mixed concrete for finished wall surfaces.

Accomplishments

Over five large scale gyms were constructed from scratch within time constraints. Also, received a certified welding certificate through intensive job training program. Skills Used

Being skilled in one dimensional measuring, this job taught me the skills of three dimensional measuring, layout, and design.

Checked in delivery of materials and organized stock. Performed main fabrication of signs. Operated 55 foot crane truck and 35 foot bucket truck onsite. Installed and wired signs at location. Accomplishments
