COMBINATION WELDER 8/2015-2/2016 Stellar Refrigeration Contract, Jacksonville, FL

Duties included Welding, Fitting & Cutting. Setting up Welding Machines and putting leads out for Field Work. Welding included but was not limited to Socket Welds on carbon and stainless for Control Groups, 6"- 10" butt welds TIG(70s3;70s6) fill and hot pass, cap with Stick (7018) Pipe for Refrigeration Systems. Also received Blueprints and Sketches by foreman then reproduced the product on site.

COMBINATION WELDER 4/2015-5/2015

Perform quality welds on routine maintenance and new construction. Set up arc welding machines to ensure depth penetration and fusion. Included but not limited to boiler tubes, welding overlays inside heaters, pipe welding on carbon sch 40 and sch 80 and stainless sch 10. Responsibilities were to look for damages/quality of pipe sent in by customer. After inspection send to coating plant where final inspection of cleaned and coated pipe was done, numbered, labeled and shipped out. Worked in outside plant exposed to outside elements (i.e. heat and cold).
