The MMLC SAP application is a worldwide reference system for storage of information about IBM products. Currently the following divisions are supported PCD-personal computing Division, PSD-printer systems division, CHW-Configured hardware and software (i, p, x and z series servers), ESW-Entitled software and RSS-retail systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a project team in delivering solution to our customer

Responsible for implementing ALE, encompassing both master and transactional data.

Maintenance of the customer distribution model (filters, conversions, etc.)

Distributing the customer model, generating partner profiles and sending IDOCs

Customizing and setting up of ALE on new clients / systems

Design and development of outbound and inbound interface programs to third party systems using Intermediate Documents (IDoc) and Application link Enabling (ALE) tools. Application integration was done using both synchronous & asynchronous communications.

Define and create functional specification for form, report, enhancement and interface program and End-user training, SAP R/3 Post Implementation Support and knowledge transfer to key user

IBM is taking over from DB in house team to provide IT support for its entire range of applications (SAP, db Trader, db Artos, Etc.,) IBM is replacing with its GD (Global delivery) resources the existing DB 200 around resources.

Main Responsibilities:

Support and maintain interfaces from SAP to legacy systems and third party vendors.

Monitoring Productions servers and resolving the issues encountered in the servers.
