-In this seminar we are taught in collecting debts through telephone and letters. In telephoning the employee or the caller must prepare his/her needed information to use in asking questions to the creditor like when the amount is due?, when he will pay?, the amount that is been due, and so on. In communicating with the borrower we must control the conversation, talk them in a nice way to know if the person we are calling will be paying or not and before ending the call we must ask the borrower if when he will be available to settle his account.

We conducted a research with the title of Factors influencing Micro-entrepreneurs to avail of the informal money lending business(5/6) in terms of business intent, personal intent, and emergency purposes to the level of the amount they availed. The result is that business intent is the primary reason why they borrowed money to the informal money lending business. On the other hand, we got a grade of ninety-one (91) during our thesis defense and I got ninety-three(93) for the individual grade.
