Train students and help them get hands on experience to go with the degree they are earning. Set up the shop safety training, and operating program. Teach why to do the operations in a specific orders when operating the CNC Router. Setting up shop operational manuals, with safety as a priority. When needed I used solid works to model 3D models from old prints and would update them to the new ECN if necessary. Import the models into Esprit Cam for programming. Transfer outdated programs from 2 axis lathe to run on new Integrex mill turn saving time by combining operations. Use advanced mill turn to program parts to prints. Update routers, tool list, and all paper work, then save to main server for proper record keeping and ISO audit purposes.
