2011-Present: Stanley Black & Decker GTS division:

Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager: My duties and responsibilities as a Manufacturing Engineer include implementation and follow up of lean initiatives such as SMED, TPM, and 5S. Supporting production and operation processes; including design and testing of jigs, fixtures, production tooling, and work instructions. In addition I am responsible for research, design and approval of industrial equipment for manufacturing processes and handling, as well as plant layout and product prototyping, revision and production process implementation.

As a Project Manager my responsibilities include project selection, cost estimation, equipment considerations, planning and implementation. Within the implementation scope I am responsible for determining facility changes required for projects including utilities, building/foundation modifications, contractor selection and coordination, timeline management, cost tracking, material acquisition, personnel requirements and Change Mgt. regarding safety. In my role I typically manage 5-10 projects concurrently ranging from $5K-1.5M.

2008-2011:Krause Properties:

Project/property Manager: Responsibilities with Mr. Krause include project coordination and personnel management for remodeling and maintenance, as well as management for new construction. In this position I oversaw operations performed to meet requirements within set time constraints, as well as performing project cost estimation, material acquisition, payroll, sub-contracting, project design, and employee supervision on multiple jobsites. Project types included remodel of rental units and buildings in excess of 200 units, as well commercial property setup including medical and retail space. Management of project scopes included full renovation/construction from roof to foundation, to minor repairs of plumbing and trim/finish work, and city code compliance and permits.

2005-2010: Coy’s Collision Repair

Owner operator: Specialize in custom paint & automotive fabrication and design with metal, plastic, and fiberglass. Responsibilities as owner and operator range from personnel and office management, material/parts acquisition/estimation, to customer relations, and project design, as well as operations and quality control.
