Description: AT&T is one of the largest Telecom Company in the United States providing the telecom services and products all over the United States. I was involved in the testing of the Promotion Dispute Tracker (PD Track) Application. The purpose of the PD Track Application is to process the “promotion credit requests” submitted by CLEC companies through complex business edits and matching it to the various criteria for the promotion and then send the approved/denied credit response back to the CLEC companies. Credit Reports generation was also added as part of the application which had the details of the approved or denied credits.

Responsibilities:

1.Involved in preparing test cases based on the functional specifications / business requirements.

2.Performed Manual as well as Automated testing in both the regression and system testing phase.

3.Conducted Data Base and Regression testing using QTP.

4.Developed test plan, test cases and test scripts in Quality Centre, based on the business and system requirements.

5.Reviewed and Analyzed business requirement documents, technical requirements and functional specification of various functionalities.
