Performed computer upgrades on the IBM ECHO Mainframe systems for the State Farm Insurance satellite offices in the Alabama/Mississippi region.

Duties included the installation of disk drives, Local Area Network adapter cards and RAM.

Wired a dedicated agent phone line to the 9371 IBM ECHO altering the configuration to support the new hardware.
