My name is Oscar Campos Alexis Rodriguez, Engineer graduate in 1977 builder of the Costa Rica Institute of Technology. In 1993 I finished the race Master of Business Administration from the same institution, for special reasons and work present the thesis in 2002, and was currently a member of the school of economics of Costa Rica. I am also an active member of the Association of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica license ICO-3057

Additional studies also I studied three years of Civil Engineering and two years of economics at the School of Economics of the University of Costa Rica. I have taken additional courses in various areas of computing, autocad, office and others. Seminars in administration similarly engineering. . In English with an understanding of sixty percent, currently study English conversation

Work experience in the administrative area.

In the first ten years of my professional life I worked as technical manager of several construction company. AGA SA construction company president Alvaro Gomez engineer for four years (1976-1980). In Escosa br a company dedicated to the production of precast worked for three years (1981-1984) as a production manager in charge of the plant with an average of more than two hundred and fifty employees work in direct charge of production. Working for the Institute of Municipal Development and Assistance as a consultant over twenty municipalities throughout the country, for a period of three years (1985-1988). I have also worked in the Municipality of Curridabat (1988-1990), as director of operations.

During the period 1990-1998 I had my own construction company, dedicated to the construction of more than seventy works for the Costa Rican state, building more than 120.000.00 square meters of public buildings, for institutions such as the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, Institute of Development and Municipal Affairs, Ministry of Justice and Pardons, Ministry of Security, National Institute of Learning, University of Costa Rica, Curridabat Municipality, Municipality of Montes de Oca, Sports Committee of the Municipality of San José.

Currently in the last ten years I have devoted to the work of counseling, both in the area of technical assistance, as appraiser for the Ins, CFIA, and the case of the Andes, in design, management and project management for different both private companies and public. As an example, Liceo Franco Costarricense, development and project management in the renovation of facilities. Advice for the Municipality of Montes de Oca assuming the Directorate of the Department of Planning, Construction and Urban Development, for a period of two years in that municipality. Advice in the area of construction and supervision of Headquarters facilities Don Bosco, the company Araica Ltda. Construction Inspection and four towers four floors of condominium towers and Olympus Villas in Alto de las Palomas, road to Santa, for Banyoless company sa Survey and Construction of the four towers of the eight-story project Cortijo los Laureles, for daytime business. Inc. Some houses for private clients in the area of Playa Hermosa Guanacaste, four projects of more than four hundred thousand dollars, for different customers, Bobby Waters, Dan Ball, Dennis Desimone, George Peak. Project management for the construction of Beacon Hotel in Escazu downtown area. Project Management for La Perla condominium tower nine-story housing project in the city of Tamarindo, Canton of Carrillo, Guanacaste.
