Responsible for planning and producing several meetings per year for a variety of internal clients. Provide onsite staffing for other planner’s programs. Accountable for all vendors, budget, planning and production of the programs and meetings. Work with our team for registration and travel needs for the programs. Act as a VIP liaison on programs.

Community Development Manager:

Lindsay Wildlife Museum Walnut Creek, CA November 2009-August 2011

Responsible for planning and producing several major events each year including two first time events, a Gala in the Fall and a Food, Beer and Wine Tasting early in the year.

Manage other events to include a Golf Tournament and Ask luncheons.

Accountable for all vendors, budget, planning and production of the fundraising events as well as for procuring all auction and raffle donations for these events.

Provide support and oversight of point of entry events - WOW Tours; and help populate these WOW Tours.
