My experience with Eaton Corporation in sales, marketing, small plant management, quality, and large plant operations allows me to be confident that I am a good fit for this opportunity.

I am an excellent champion for our EH&S, quality, and OpEx / Lean functional teams. We (the team that I lead) are currently leading the plant in several different areas in our quest to change the safety and quality cultures in a continuous improvement environment. I believe in a hands on, face to face engagement, and collaborative style in order to achieve full employee buy-in as well as to keep my finger on the pulse of the facility.

We have a Malcolm Baldrige based assessment process in place where I have participated in about 30 - three and a half day assessments and led 15 of them. I have also been on the receiving end of this assessment 4 times. We think of this as a framework to build your business on - from sales to manufacturing.

I have also been fortunate enough to have been selected for several special assignments - a turnaround of a distribution center, and paving the way for a director of quality in our European operations. Both of these are mentioned in the resume.

The Eaton Business System has prepared our entire company to meet the needs of the most demanding customers in all of our markets, from Electrical to Hydraulic Systems, to Aerospace, to Vehicles (autos and trucks) – I have an in depth understanding of much of it.
