Define and implemented QA strategies, procedures for pre-test activities with offshore software development teams. Promoted to UAT Team Lead to establish and manage OMMIS State User Acceptance Test phase for the NCMMIS+ Replacement System. I advocated and defined Risk Based testing approach to identify critical functionality for testing to effectively utilize limited resources within project constraints (budget, scope and resources).
