EMPLOYMENT

Momentum Fuel Technologies Roanoke TX 2015 4/2016: C NC Programmer/ Operator. Manufactured compressed natural gas fueling systems for tractor trailers, RVs, Trash Compactor and personal vehicles. Responsible for taking existing blueprints (from engineers and sometimes drafting my own) and creating a program or nested program for a TRUMPF Laser and TRUMPF Brake press using Sigmanest. Was also very involved in the operating of both machines. Edited programs using Adobe Illustrator. Imported and exported DXF, SY5 and NC files. Looked for ways to improve my cycle times. Consistently improved production weekly. Utilized all sheets (steel, aluminum and stainless) the best I could to keep strap to a minimal. Required operators to perform an extensive in process QC evaluation of parts. Tracked the cost of parts and all plates for engineers. Kept daily logs to track inventory and overall production. Trinity Highways Ft Worth TX 2014 2015: CNC Plasma Operator and Programmer. 3 axis 2 tooled Hypertherm HD 20'x40' TorchMate AVHC gantry and table. Drafted blue prints and kept track of the cost quantity of parts and each individual plate. Created programs (gussets, flanges, anchor plates & ect.) using SolidWorks, TorchMate Auto CAD/CAM and Dr Abe software from blueprint to part. Wide variety of nesting used. Consistently improved programs to better cycle times and quality. Lead ins lead outs. Proper contouring(especially holes) ramping, feed rates and offsets. Kerf compensations. Proper pierce heights and proper torch to work distance for best consumable usage and cut quality. Amps and voltage per jobs. Gas amounts (how much when to use and when not too) Dealt with various grades of steel, stainless and aluminum. Node editing, nesting and arraying, importing and exporting DXF, DWG and Solid works files. Responsible for own work orders. Made spreadsheets to calculate quantities for quoting. Daily use of company ERP. Maximized material and kept low scrap. Used tape measure, calipers, micrometers and feeler gauges. Use consumables correctly for each application and changed as needed. Ordered consumables weekly. Kept daily logs to track production, part inventory, cut orders for the day (load manager) and cost quantity. Load and unload table. Performed extensive in processes inspections to verify measurements and specifications. Cleaned scrap with oxy acetylene torch. Daily preventive maintenance and kept shop and office areas neat and professional. Delta Steel Ft Worth TX 2012 2014: Floater CNC Press Brake #1 and #2, Messer HD Hypertherm CNC plasma and nitrogen burn table and Demag 20 ton 15ton crane. Used computer system to sort, find and track production of steel plates and steel poles. Used calipers, micrometers and blue prints. Operated URSVIKEN press brake. Made adjustments and improved programs to better production. Various sizes of steel are bent to different degrees forming different sided poles for electric companies. All depending on the heat, thickness and customer preference. Operated Messer CNC Hypertherm burn table using plasma with gas. Aligned plates, made dry runs and made adjustments to avoid tip ups and too make sure the right program was being used. Minor nesting and programming using Sigmanest software. Basic geometric shapes with bolt hole locations, beveling and etching. Made adjustments to programs and g codes too improve quality and cycle times. Changed consumables as needed. Troubleshooting as needed. Daily preventive maintenance and house keeping.

Texas Instruments Dallas TX 2012 2012: Machine Operator Operated 12 15 semi conductor testing machines during a shift. Set up and break down each machine using various types of probe cards and programs.

RG Steel (Steel and Coke battery manufacturing Plants) Follansbee WV 2004 2011: Machine Operator 7 yrs steel manufacturing experience. With 18 months of crane operating experience. Operated 8 different machines on 2 coke batteries pusher operator, hot car, door machine and Larry car. Qualified top hand, lid man and bench hand.
