Nature of Business: Part of the Reckitt Benckiser) group – Global consumer goods manufacturing company. RB Brandon manufactures Power Ball dish washing Tab products.

Title: Sr. Project Engineer

Managing Capital projects - EPD, Safety, NPD and other both large and small – ranging from 15K– 6M

Managing several projects at one time.

Managing all costs, benefit analysis, budget estimations, system design, contractor proposals, Capital funds requests, Managing FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) – (which involves some travel), and SAT (Site Acceptance tests)

Managing any number of contract and plant personnel, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and timely completion of all projects, both small and large.

Some of the Projects

1)Safety Capex, Design and installation of catwalks to ensure safe access for personnel.

2)Zero landfill – Elimination of all landfill equipment and contracts.

-Installation of compactors for recycling plastic, Cardboard and super sacks.

-Preparation and Installation of a trash compactor for garbage disposal by incineration – Project Completed two months before expected closure date

3)Shipping, Installation and Commissioning of used equipment from Germany (8th- Press) This included adding material process equipment for the new line. –Commissioning & Project Closure one month earlier.

4)Preparation, layout and implementation of in new Tabs production line, which included a shrinking tunnel.

-Installation, reconditioning and commissioning of both new and used equipment – Commissioning & closure one month earlier.

5) “Gambit” with installation, commissioning and hand over of Packaging line. – This was a $3,4M project and was Commissioned and closed 1 month earlier

6)Integration of 3D and 2D Vision system into 3 of our machines, ensuring higher quality standards. (This project is still in process and has been pushed forward due to production increases)

7)Several smaller projects from new installations to upgrades.

8)Environmental Compliance – Installation of listed items to fall in line with compliance inspection request. Completed in time

9)Retrofit an existing line to produce a new product, which involves new parts,

controls upgrade and additional new equipment.

This project is already in process, and should be completed earlier than expected

10)Safety covers – 5 wrappers need new upgraded safety guarding due to a near miss.

Project should be completed on time.

11)Complete controls upgrade for wrapping machine #1- Due to be completed in May 2016
