DCS is an Agent management system, commission calculator, compliance checking and payout system. We have a team size of 26 team members including the onsite and offshore. DCS is very important and critical application from business point of view for client, as it involves calculating, recording and payout of agents’ commissions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis of Client Requirements, effort estimation for developers.

Involved in coding, unit testing and system testing.

Handling a team of 10 members.

Assigning daily tasks to team members.

Giving status updates to client and onsite counterparts.

Running of test Release Cycle.
