Monitor that the progressing works are carried out according to the planned program and all the equipment required to execute the full commissioning works are available as per the project planning and are in good condition.

Attend weekly commissioning meeting with the main contractors and commissioning authority regarding progress and commissioning issues.

Prepared weekly and monthly overall commissioning progress report and submit to the Project Manager.
