Business Plan and CAPSIM Game: Worked as a Business Analyst in CAPSIM, a business simulation game, to increase sales, profit and overall business development. Analyzed the effects of business strategies in a simulated competitive business environment, developed a detailed financial plan and investment offering for a product using business acumen and awareness in domain such as accounting R&D, finance, operations, and marketing.

ERP System Implementation (SAP ERP): Set up a Global Bike Inc. company and implemented business processes such as Fulfillment, Procurement, Production, Financial Accounting, Material Planning, Controlling, Human Capital Management and Lifecycle Data Management using SAP ERP software. Used MRP tool to determine the production batch size and overtime, forecasted the demand to create Master Production Schedule using regression analysis and linked it to MRP worksheet using VLOOKUP. Utilized the created DSS to determine the maximum net profit with minimized inventory cost.

Deterministic Optimization Project: The Project Objective was to optimize the expenses in order to maximize the reach of the campaign for a company, PALTEL Co. Ltd. Used Linear Programming Model and Microsoft Excel to solve and optimize the reach, which resulted in an increase of 16.8% in the reach of campaign to audiences with no additional costs incurred.
