Sr Cost Engineer – Contracted to Praxair Geismar, LA

Working close with the Turn-a-Round Manager and all contractors to capture all cost incurred for the Unit 1 and 6 outage. Review of invoices for accuracy and content.

Sr Cost Engineer – Contracted to Flint Hills Refinery Corpus Christi, TX

Working close with estimating and scheduling to time phase projects by activity using excel. This will show the projects estimate at completion along with the cash flow by month. Coordinate and review all cost through out the life of the project with the Project Manager, Construction Coordinator, and scheduler. Assembled a cash flow curve and contingency buy down curve for each project.
