Milestone:

1.10% Cost saved in the HMO budget allocation by conducting the cost analysis and comparison.

2.Saved 10K every month by enforcing the policy on Substitute Leave.

1.LABOR RELATION - Ensure that legal requirements are being complied in the processes of Employment, Working Condition and Termination.

2.EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - Assure that both legal and company benefits and/or incentives are being well served to the whole workforce. Also secure the updated company employee’s profile based on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Company Benefits and Company Incentives processes.

3.GENERAL AFFAIRS - Plan and develop a corporate wide policies and programs that ensure a positive and healthy employee-management relationship, develop and implements healthy and counseling services in the following processes: Organizational Structure, Job Description, Training, Performance Evaluation, Promotion and Code of Discipline.
