Career Objective:

Work Experience:

Working on Solid works and Auto Cad software’s in “Confident dental equipment’s ltd” as a Design engineer from March 2015 till date.

Attended training and worked on CAD and ProE based projects in “Q3 designs Pvt ltd” for 6 months from August 2014 to February 2015.

Key skills in Design field:

Sketch based, feature based and Sheet metal feature based modeling

Drafting, Detailing and Exploded views

Part list, Bill of Material and Preparing CE Documentation.

Product structure creation of complete Module assembly.

Drawing creation for all parts involved in Module assembly.

Projects:

1.Dental Autoclave (B-Class 22 liters):

An Autoclave is a pressure chamber used to remove all forms biological agents, Viruses, bacteria etc. from equipment and supplies by subjecting to high pressure Saturated steam at 121 C for 15-20 minutes.

Work Involves:

Study of present Autoclave model Developed in our company.

Planning which includes discussion with our design team and extract the ideas for better design.

Taking a sketch with dimensions of old autoclave parts which are common in new design.

Creating 3d models of autoclave parts, and doing of autoclave assembly in system.

Generation of R&DZ-Drawings for making sample Autoclave.

2.Dialysis Chair:

Commonly Dialysis chair is used in hospitals for dialysis. Dialysis is a process of removing waste& excess water from blood. During Dialysis patient situation will be critical. So our aim is to make better design of dialysis chair which suits for doctors & patients.

Work involves:

Using Solid works, Design of main assembly parks like “back rest, foot rest and seat rest” and also their sub-assemblies

Linking main assemblies and sub-assembly parts.

Strengths:

Ability to handle individual projects and coordinating with other team members.

Open to challenges and learn from other team members.

Hardworking and loving to innovate my work.

Hobbies:

•Acting in Dramas and Skits.

•Playing Cricket, Volley ball, Chess & Carom.

•Watching movies and keeping track of movie reviews.
