Developed, troubleshot, tested and debugged software components of the Go- ToWebinar product. I shared responsibility for planning and implementation with team members and assumed responsibility as a solid technical contributor in a group. Worked on an availability team that analyzed product outages and came up with solutions to lower outage occurrences and minimize risk. This included refactoring code for optimization, code upgrades, library upgrades, building new hosts, upgrading databases, and changing some synchronized events to asynchronized events with a messaging service.

Created a microservice webhook service to the GoToWebinar platform and a separate Node.js webapp that integrated GoToWebinar with various other products in a hackweek project. Project won best project for GoToWebinar out of 200+ projects.

Wrote 17+ APIs for GoToWebinar to facilitate more reliable and faster au- tomated testing. Many of these APIs eventually became used by our mobile apps in production and with plans to expose the APIs externally as well.

Moved our test suites from running locally to Dockerized containers on AWS EC2 instances.

Created automated test builds on Jenkins.

Created 2 testing libraries. These libraries were created to reduce code du- plication for each new automation project that was created.
