Overseeing a $5 million dollar budget and several development teams, pioneered the product conversion and customer engagement strategy for investment education initiatives, vendor relationships and Education strategy.

Selected Accomplishments:

Project owner/sponsor of a re-designed Education platform within TD Ameritrade’s website that introduced an industry leading LMS system, new online courses, and enhanced workshop registration system that increased customer engagement by 20%.

Coordinated website releases that created new trading applications, increased online purchasing functionality and positioned Investools technology to be responsible for significant portions of the TD Ameritrade website.

Consolidated existing webcast vendors into a single channel by and negotiating contracts with key partners into a web interface, delivering over 300 webcasts a month, a cost savings of $750k annually.

Thinkorswim was, on a percentage basis, one of the fastest growing brokers in the United States and had triple digit account growth for two straight years. Lead a cross functional teams that combined marketing campaigns and technology enhancements that integrated the Education services of Investools with thinkorswim.

Presented technology proposals at multiple Board of Director meetings that included two acquisitions and a $25 million dollar SAP deployment.

Developed a new trading platform with easier to use user interface while keeping robust trading functionality to increase brokerage activity and conversions.

Responsible for 26 person development team and coordinated offshore resources for a multi-year deployment of SAP.
