Matheny Medical and Educational Center - Peapack, NJ For the past 10 years I worked closely with the VP of Operations and the Facilities Director to coordinate day- to-day operations of a 101 bed specialty hospital. I assisted with preparations for licensing and accrediting agency reviews. I coordinated all department administrative functions for the Facilities Department, including scheduling vendors for facility upgrades and maintenance, prepared paperwork required for municipal permits and inspections, and worked on a daily basis with staff to maintain a safe and clean environment for our patients, visitors and employees. I also supervised the front desk/receptionist and coordinated their schedules.
