Administrative Assistant

New York Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University - August 2010 to Present Organize and provide documents, reports and information to department and external clients in a useful and well-organized manner.

* Screen telephone calls, take messages, redirect calls, and respond to routine inquiries regarding hospital policies.

* Handle and log all incoming compliment letters and directed to appropriate department head for proper acknowledgment.

* Maintain and order department supplies and equipment as well as clerical support as necessary, including filing, faxing, and copying, collating and all other administrative support.
