Designed Tension clip angel from scratch which used to support Airframe structure.

Tension clip are used to transmit relatively light tension loads from clip to clip or another member.

Designed formed and extruded angle clip in Ansys for Linear and Nonlinear static structure analysis.

Heat sink is a heat transfer device that commonly used in computers and other electronic devices to extract heat generated in components such as microprocessors.

Designed Heat sink in solidwork from physical model’s dimension. Analyzed heat flow from bottom of the sink to fin.

Tried different fin design (rectangular, square, round) for efficient heat flow. Compared results with hand calculation, experimental calculation. Also designed the program in MATLAB to calculate nodal temperature at fin.
