Job Function: Material coordinator / Material controller

Responsibilities:

. Leading / participating in a project material management team &

ensuring compliance with the approved procedures.

. Visual inspections and receipt of all project base materials into

storage for adequate control and traceability in accordance with the

control procedure QP 11 (Handling, storage, packaging, Preservation &

Delivery)

. Generating of Material Arrival Notification report, material Receipt

and OS & D Report, if applicable.

. Monitor delivered materials & equipment are in compliance with

documentations & are stored in the required manner.

. Generation of way Bill

. To ensure that all base material are clearly identified on arrival and

conform to the cast/heat number and plate number on the material mill

certificate.

. Check all base materials against purchase order, delivery note or

packaging list and certification.

. Ensure that material handling and completed product are protected from

damage and deterioration .
