Graduate assistant duties entailed performing an energy analysis of the Green Mobile project for the Department of Architecture. Analysis entailed a comparison of the total energy efficiency of the proposed design as compared to that of conventional construction methods employed in standard mobile home designs. Minor studies focused on Engineering economics, system engineering and program management.

Managed the welding program as the plant welding engineer. Tested craft and shop welders to ASME Section IX criteria. Provided technical oversight for specialty welding projects such as MSIV repairs and SRV refurbishment. Gained extensive experience with the ASME BPV code as well as B31.1 and AWS D1.1 construction codes.

Managed the Predictive Maintenance Program. Gathered and interpreted vibration, oil analysis and thermography data using the information to establish equipment health, troubleshoot equipment problems and optimize the preventative maintenance strategies.

Provided support to plant maintenance with diagnostics, and problem solving on plant equipment.

Performed as outage dayshift contract administrator for the Pipefitter craft during maintenance shutdowns
