Resume:

August **, ****

Dear Sir or Madam:

In my ** year career I have had the opportunity to be involved in strategic sourcing and commodity contract management as a procurement specialist for both direct and indirect materials. I specialized in MRO commodities such as mechanical parts, pipe, valves and fittings, electrical and HVAC systems. I am searching for an organization like yours that is growing and is in need of a buyer with vast MRO experience in a dynamic environment. My experience comes from both the private and public sector. I would like to submit my resume for the buying opportunity which has become available because I believe there is a compatibility which would benefit us both. I have served as a Strategic buyer and sourcing specialist for MRO materials. I am familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) regulations. I have led or been a team member in the development and implementation of several IDIQ MRO contracts for all types of materials and services across the Huntington Ingalls Newport News organization and other companies. My qualifications make me well suited to be a key player in your procurement team, especially in the procurement of MRO materials. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the position of MRO materials buyer. I have attached to this letter a copy of my resume, should you need any other information please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Leroy Cameron
