Nurse Lock down 19 bed mental health unit at TRMC Louisa KY. I have been

Ensured that doctors' orders were effectively carried out, including
testing, scheduling. Medical procedures, and consultations.
Student Nurse/ Clinical Rotations- Worked under the supervision of an RN
providing bedside care, treatment, and clinical documentation for
patients on cardiac, ICU, and medical-surgical floors. Clinical
rotations were at Pikeville Methodist, Paul B. Hall Medical Center,
Highlands Regional Medical Center and Mountain Comp Inez Ky. Handled
medication administration, dressing changes, IV's, mental and physical
head to toe assessments and all other aspects of nursing care.
Facilitated admissions, discharges and transfers; prepared chart notes
and other documentation; and participated on interdisciplinary team.

Additional Information_ It takes a group working together to

provide optimum patient care. Each patient is an individual with
their own special needs. I have treated many patients in my "job"
however, when someone stops me in a store or line and thanks me or
tells the person next to them what a good nurse I am for taking
care of them or their family member. It is no longer my job it is
