- Creating, launching and following up purchase orders in the Baan ERP system;

- Supplier selection by RFQ process and negotiation.

- Obtaining the best delivery conditions (price, quality, lead-time);

- Make sure the goods are delivered on time;

- Provide support in case of material quality problems;

- Follow materials stocks in order to avoid excess;

- Check accuracy of invoices based on orders placed;
