This review was necessary to determine the status and correctness of employee benefits enrollments for three (3) major benefits programs: Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Confirmed payroll deductions for such enrollments with actual and most recent election forms on file in employee OPFs. Findings were entered into an agency-supplied spreadsheet or database. In the event of error, determined the extent of the error, made the correction, and passed on that information to a staff member of the Congressional Budget Office for final processing.
