The plant has a furnace of melting capacity of 650 tones of glass per day with three manufacturing lines (approximately a quantity of 2millio bottles per day). Setup PLC and adjust automatic glass feeding, flowing and farming Machines.

Operate and Maintain Machines that press or blow, molten glass in moulds to form or shape. Containers, such as bottles.

Swab Moulds with Oil solutions to prevent adhesion of glass.

Weight Measure and check production samples to assess conformance to specifications using gauges and by visual verification.

Maintain shift log of production and other data.

Clean and maintain work areas as directed.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Organized the quality control procedure by making checklists of all maintenance work to be carried out post-shift.

Knowledge of TPM,IMS,PPE and KAIZEN.
