Managing all the HDD, Hardware, Servers, SAN's, UPS, in and on Server Room Racks. Apply higher-level business or technical principles and methods to meet difficult technical problems and arrive at timely system resolutions. Print Server management and troubleshooting. Each week IAVA results are received from the IA Scan Server Team.

Backup System – Using Backup Exec for on and off-site storage facilities, Tape Library – HP MSL 5000 and Quantum Scalar i80, Backups are Full and Incremental. Every 1st week of the month, We take all the tapes to offsite storage. Assist Government in analyzing and improving current capabilities on an on-going basis providing technical support in the backup systems and components and restore data as the client needs.

SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) - Administer the SCIF data center (standalone network) provide diagnostic testing and resolve problems.
