In this project we tested the work share protect product on 20 environments using outlook and DMS to test the functionality and compatibility of the product with DMS. All the DMS are installed on three servers (DOCS Open Desktop Server, IManage 5.0 Desktop Server and VMware Server) which can be accessed by their clients like mail site, docsopen, powerdocs etc.

We have tested the work share protect product on another 13 environments i.e. using different versions of Lotus notes and LFS. These lotus notes are installed on lotus notes domino messaging server.

The O2C is an ecommerce system for Reuters that enables orders to be placed, fulfilled, billed and invoiced. Within O2C, Infranet is responsible for mastering product list prices and for rating ordered and fulfilled products to produce invoice data. Where as Siebel deals with customer resource management .it is a front-end application to manage the details of customer.
