Supported ambulatory EMR system, including operational support of Allscripts Touchworks application in daily use and during project go-lives. Built and maintained over 11K printing resources utilized by EMR enterprise. Supported and maintained scanning technologies used for digitizing patient records. Provided support for ancillary and legacy applications and operations which did not match core CHI application collection or were in the process of being phased out of use throughout the CHI network of hospitals.
