USDA/FSA Kansas City, Missouri, Enterprise Architect – I/T Portfolio Management. SMC was contracted for six months to establish and enterprise I/T Portfolio Management practice, per General Accounting Office (GAO) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) I/T audits. This was accomplished through the application of asset management of the FSA investments, projects and activities. The deliverables were multi-tiered and multi domain solutions for investment management of projects, and ongoing IT services. This solution included the practices of; SOA Architecture, TOGAF ADM, MEGA Portfolio Management software, ITSM/ITIL, PMO, Governance and I/T Investment Review.
