SMC was contracted for six months to establish and enterprise I/T Portfolio Management practice, per General Accounting Office (GAO) and Office of Inspector General (OIG) I/T audits. This was accomplished through the application of asset management of the FSA investments, projects and activities. The deliverables were multi-tiered and multi domain solutions for investment management of projects, and ongoing IT services.
