Constructed and created company’s life cycle program to facilitate BPS National Cell Site Maintenance program (from Charter creation through to Quality, successful implementation and customer acceptance) which generated over $3.5M in revenue in its inaugural fiscal year of services performed and a sub-sect to the maintenance program contract (IDWU) generating an average of $4M, per month.

Created all supporting processes / plans (including scope, cost, quality, time, risk, resources and client / vendor management) and SLA of cell tower maintenance associated with LTE, PIM DAS, Small Cell, Microwave Backhaul and civil engineering of varied cell site towers to ensure all stakeholders were in union to expectations, while minimizing BPS’s exposure to projected risk.

Governed all client interface meetings to discuss and negotiate changes to scope, adjustments to compensation, analysis of pricing for services requested and consulted on all escalated issues.

Developed and implemented the BPS’s current Change Order Management, Invoicing, Reconciliation, Materials Tracking, Crew / Asset Reporting, 3rd Party OEM Vendor, Tiger Team Deployment, business KPI indicators / performance metrics, Closeout Package requirements for Maintenance and several Client Reporting processes which repaired and re-established client confidence across several divisions of company services.

Using my experience and training, I created WBS workflows and composed the RFQs which facilitated a national maintenance program, with several carriers (inc. T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and AT&T; including sub-contractor work for Goodman Networks and Black and Veatch) developing the program into its own vertical, repairing strained client relationships by minimizing financial exposure. By developing and training my staff to accommodate client requirements, both back office and in the field, I maintained a profitable DPM of 34%, which generated additional revenue opportunities across the varied carriers, via awarded construction builds of wireless cell site towers, along with obtaining a “Quality Vendor” rating from the program’s primary client.

Performed risk assessment and analysis to maximize the earning potential of LRM program for Wal-Mart / Sam’s Club.

Researched and secured site acquisition, working with varied leasing companies and property owners to acquire access to for permit requirements, store builds and material approval.

Promoted and awarded the Company’s largest account valued in excess of $10 Million for successful program creation.

Conceived the company’s life cycle process of customized “re-skinning” commercial refrigeration units which provisioned the MRP system(s) effectiveness, servicing various national retail and grocer locations.

Designed the Company’s Change Order Management process; expediting all Change Order Requests, per client revision to SOW, of commercial refrigeration case remodels, which mitigated exposure to project “over run” (both financial and time).

Through PMI and Agile Methodologies, I created communication channels with varied clients to ensure 3rd party vendor employment status, site acquisition / client acceptance, fulfillment of contractual obligations and fiduciary responsibility to project budget. In combining the 3rd party vendors, I managed a cross functional project team(s) of varied departments including, engineering, production control, manufacturing and outsourced installation contractors in the execution of project completions. Successfully administered an approved telecommunication $10.6 Million budget of a nationwide EF&I implementation of data / VoIP technologies including Video Multicast Gateway (VMG) and upgrades of AT&T Video Hub Offices (VHO) on be-half of AT&T, which led to the award of a First Field Application (FFA) contract estimated over $20 million.

Lead site acquisition initiative securing FIC locations for additional shelf builds within national HUB offices which improved overall performance of upgrades performed.

Effectively managed and worked with several cross-functional project teams including SMEs, MEIs, detailed / tactical engineers and installation companies and varied 3rd Party OEM Vendors, exceeding client expectation with a 98.2% rating of budget expenditure.

Responsibilities included site acquisitions, validated surveys in accordance with scope, reported financial and project status to both C and D level Executives weekly and maintained internal and 3rd party vendor schedules as to product deployment. By authoring project plans, engineering documents (SMOPs & SPECs), BOMs, LOMs, processes and procedures for telecom data and VoIP projects, including First Field Application (FFA), I ensured continuity and timely deliverability of services towards successful installations / Test – Turn ups. The successful execution of these duties in conjunction with commitment to full client disclosure allowed this program to meet client acceptance and decrease budget cost.
