Bachelor`s degree with more than twenty (20) years of experience in Marine engineering, with a nature of duties specified in different kind of vessels capacity such as cargo, container, reefer, passenger and bulk carrier. To be more productive and having a strong ability to perform, my responsibility in the line of duty and support my lead in our daily activity prior to complete our working schedule thru the supervisory of our engineer/supervisor on site. Leadership, excellent organizational skills and a strong in production and project management team and the capability to follow job order as required my field engineer and supervisor. Seeking a responsible position to challenge my knowledge and further develop of my skills. Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Directly Report to Lead Commissioning Engineer and Senior Mechanical Technician all assigned duties and responsibilities when it comes to commissioning scope from onshore to offshores.
Assist to the vendors as per commissioning engineer.
Performs pre-commissioning/commissioning activities as per Commissioning Engineer’s instructions, perform Functional Testing as per Commissioning Procedures, Motor run-test taking vibration, bearing, temperature and RPM readings
Performed Hot and cold Alignment by using dial indicator (Reverse/Graphical method Alignment)
Performs Vessel internal inspection/maintenance on all pre-com/commissioning temporary machineries and equipment ( compressors & generators), undertakes specific repair maintenance work as required, maintain lubrication, re-fuelling, observes running condition to determine maintenance and repair needs during operation. Change oil as per requirement.
Preservation of Mechanical equipment as per vendor’s preservation procedures i.e., nitrogen blanketing, of vessels, coolers, compressors, rotation of shafting machinery, and protecting of equipment from construction activities and from environmental hazards.
Performed Load testing of all handling Equipment such as Monorail and Pad Eyes, cranes as per project approve commissioning procedure.
Performed System commissioning walk down by using Piping Instrument Diagram with the client, to ensure that the system is ready for commissioning.
