Roles & Responsibilities:

Time Office Functions:

Day to day Attendance checking.

Maintaining Leave Cards, Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of On-Roll Employees etc.

Payroll Processing:

Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, ESI, PF, Tax, employee information changes, Loans, Advances and Reimbursements etc. as per Pay Roll Advice Format.

Salary statement generation and coordinating with bank for disbursing the salary

Employee Pay slips generation & Distribution.

Handling ESI & PF process.

Pre-auditing the Payroll for zero error & Management Approval.

Generating Statutory reports – PF, ESI, and PT etc to the Finance Dept.

Keep record of TDS proof documents

Statutory compliances:

Monitoring payroll and designing CTC with break-up of Gross salary

Timely submission of ESI & PF Declaration forms of new employees.

Handling Statutory Compliance

Processing PF claims of left employees.

Performance Management / Appraisals:

Planning and timely completion of midyear and annual performance reviews.

Preparing Confirmations / Promotions/ Increments.

Distributing and documentation of annual appraisal letters in personal files of employees.

Data analysis by appraisal forms and preparing performance MIS reports.

Other HR Activities:

Personal File Management and Database Maintenance.

Managing administrative activities housekeeping, employee induction etc.

Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc.

Coordinating with various departments within the office.

Taking induction Session for the new entrants in the organization & processing several forms.

Taking care of employee database with regard to their date of appointment, address, telephone No, references, employee dept., PF No, ESI No, skill sets and other personal details (Collecting the relevant documents of previous employment).

Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters and experience letters.

Helping the new joiners understand the policies and procedures and helping them to settle down in the company.

Monitoring relieving procedures and settlement considering exit interview forms,

No due certificates and the amount due from the employee.
