Manage all functions of commercial real estate office serving clients in Florida and Texas. Carpenter and Associates, 1984 to 2012. Carpenter and Associates was the oldest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Austin. The company evolved during my tenure into three distinct operating units: brokerage, property management, and development. More than $2 billion worth of transactions were negotiated and closed. Senior level responsibility to ensure those transactions occurred on time and as intended.

Vice President – 1984 to 2012. Obtained Texas Broker license in 2005.

Commercial Brokerage – maintained relationships in office ranging in size from ten to 100 agents/brokers and associated support personnel.
