Project Management, Planning & Execution

Define and initiate projects, manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.

Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for project prior to execution.

Plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies & recommends the best options.

Evaluate project cost and implement control measures and ensuring the set proper margin of the Project by adopting necessary cost control measures.

Prepare and interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

Site Management & Execution

Responsible for work in progress according to design and drawing and preparation of daily construction schedule.

Supervise all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
