Lead Business Intelligence Analyst:

Worked with business customers to develop Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Design Document (FDD) in an agile development environment. Designed and developed business intelligence solutions like reports, dashboards and metrics at HAP. Worked with Data warehousing team to extract data for Cognos packages and reporting. Developed programs to extract data, and scheduled UNIX cron jobs. Developed various feeds to send the interface files to outside vendors by ftp’ing to mainframe, resolved any issues in weekly and monthly file transfers to mainframe. Performed data extracts and transformations of data before loading it to vendor systems by using infotrieve and shell scripts. Managed and supervise the daily NJS (Nightly Job Stream) & monthly runs. Performed Infolease and Unidata upgrades. Used DataStage for ETL purposes.

LeasePak (Municipal Leasing)

Leasepak is a vendor application installed on HP-UNIX system. The application is used to originate and process Ford Credit municipal leasing business. This is a client server application with Sybase.

Provided support to the business customers 24/7 and ran daily end of the day and end of month processes. Performed multiple Leasepak and Sybase upgrades involving vendor, UNIX server team and business customers. This included executing several UNIX scripts, performing data conversions, configuring Sybase server, dropping and creating database and users in Sybase and executing stored procedures. The installation process involved configuring and testing leasepak client, communicating and coordinating launch timing with business customers. Supported and enhanced many business reports that were developed in MS Access with Sybase backend.

Support Analyst for Commercial Lending Applications (Infolease, Leaseak, ADCP & CSWS)

Provide all application support duties for multiple systems using request center and service desk. Carried pager for 24/7 off hours support. Worked off hours every month to execute and monitor weekly & month end processing. Performed business continuity and disaster recovery tests. Involved in SCRP documentation.
