Responsible for a portfolio of properties in Westchester County consisting of Town homes, Condominiums, Cooperatives, HOA’s and rentals. Daily activities include but are not limited to management of the overall project. Perform routine inspections of the property. Handle tenant complaints and the day-to-day operations. Meeting with contractors, engineers, architects, superintendents and building staff. Preparation of monthly Board meeting Agenda/Management Report and attend meetings. Preparation of and attend Landlord/Tenant court proceedings. Review operating budgets, monthly financial reports, audited reports, insurance certificates and schedules, and proposals. Enforce job descriptions of the building staff. Review and approve weekly time sheets for payroll. Handle emergency situations and insurance claims. Prepare contractor RFP’s. Prioritize large and small projects. Ensure compliance with all governmental agencies having jurisdiction thereof. Negotiating, scheduling, supervising vendor activities.
