Research Assistant, Wichita State University, Wichita, KS August 2014 – May 2016

Designed a proto type using CATIA v5 r22 and Pro-E.

Analyzed the prototype in CATIA v5r22 and solid works x64.

A work piece which can hold various weight samples and which can bear the high temperature samples was manufactured using CNC machining, MIG welding, Boring and Drilling process and all the necessary programming for the CNC machines were written using MASTER CAM.

An Electronic induction heater furnace was setup and the necessary water connections was given using a 3/4manifold for the water outlet and 2/1 manifold for the water inlet and an 8-gauge wire for the electrical setup.

Sets-up and operates various other scientific apparatus.

Collection of E-Scrap from various dumping centers and identifying the scrap for the possibilities of recovery.

Experienced in RoHS, as to find the presence of lead, mercury, cadmium and to find the other substances on the electronic components.

Extracted gold from the PCB scrap including Motherboards, RAM, Processors and PCI boards.

Extracted metals like solder, aluminum, and copper from the scrap electronic wires using induction heater furnace.

Numerical data based on the recovery was calculated and tabulated and all the tabulated data, calculated data and the collected data were saved in EXCEL sheets.

All the calculated data was analyzed and the graphs for the recovery rates were drawn using Microsoft Excel.

Writing the test reports, procedures and summarizing research results.

Proficient with CATIA, PRO-E, MADYMO, SOLID WORKS, REVIT and MSC ADAMS.

Very good at Microsoft office including WORD, POWERPOINT and EXCEL. Mechanical Engineer, Iron Fab Engineers, Hyderabad, India 06/2012 to 07/2014

Chemical tanks, heat exchangers were designed in Auto CAD and programmed in Master CAM and fabricated depending on the customer requirements.

Designed and drafted heat exchanger parts and assemblies for custom units and responsible for sheet metal design.

Created DXF files for CNC machine manufacturing.

Created accurate BOM's for parts and assemblies, maintained GMP documentation as per the guidelines.

Responsible on all these projects for all integrated analyzer systems and shelters specifications, communication networking, bid evaluation and make sure that all integration system is built as per specifications.

Designed sheet metal and manage the team on sheet metal fabrication with my designs.

Produced intricate sheet metal layouts (nested and single part flat pattern grids) for CNC turret punch.

Strongly emphasize on the standardization of current engineering processes and develop Standard Work Instructions (SWI) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Techniques like DFMA, FMEA were used for the cost cutting.
