Directed global accounting books and records (US GAAP, JGAAP and IFRS) including the management of GL, A/P, A/R, FA, monthly financial close, quarterly/annual SEC filings, balance sheet management and cash management/forecasting for Technology, Operations and Big Data Analytics. Managed consolidation of eleven wholly owned domestic and foreign subsidiaries as part of SEC quarterly/annual filings, the determination of functional currencies, and management and reporting hedging activities. Managed billing of internal and external clients, consolidation of global A/R and establishment of a billing and collections organization. Filed initial state sales and use tax in five state jurisdictions and four foreign countries. Installed automated sales tax calculations program for all domestic sales.

Created, developed and implemented financial, accounting, operational databases infrastructure, reducing the cost structure by 40% and increasing productivity by 30%. The resulting gains nearly doubled net income. Modified corporate databases to mirror workflow which reduced paper work; increased quality control checks to improve work products; and outsourcing the development of a LAN-based case tracking system.
