dept.’s) with enrolling Maas360 App which replaced “Airwatch” (previous email provider

Through Service Now, my team’s vendor management processes covered requests

and follow mobile policies & procedures similar to the helpdesk support team with using

Service Now ticketing site since that was how the company was able to monitor & track

employees workload, SLA’s, and backtrack any recorded data regarding past clients requests

& tasks

Additional asset management services involved tracking devices ordered through Service Now

for user’s, deploying arrived shipments to end user’s locations or scheduling device pick-up’s,

coordinating with them for upgrade activation process, removing old profile from BES and/or

updating them onto Airwatch profile, along with remote wipes on devices that were reported

lost / stolen.

Updating wireless records in Tangoe, Service Now, and Carrier Sites (VEC & Premiere)

in regards to inactive employee wireless audits

Managed daily upkeep with device supplies, inventory, & shipping

Assisted team with organizing devices ordered for the Sochi Olympics Refresh Program

in 2014

Participated in special projects with NBC NEWS User’s / IT Team refresh program,

HRT User’s, Apple orders, (promotions) Olympics, & other projects back in 2014 / 2015

Audits for International data overage notifications and line terminations on numbers still

active after a user had left the company or order errors such as multiple lines assigned.
