07/2007 - Current John Deere Seeding Group Valley City, ND Assembling openers used to bolt to implements which are used to break ground when planting crops. Worked as a Receiving Clerk/Material Handler. Job was to receive products into inventory and to unload freight from all inbound trucks. Worked assembling air seeders on the assembly line. Job duties included pulling finished front and rear frames off of load bars and placing them on stands. Bolted them together and torqued them. While in this station, bolted on transmissions, clutches and hubs and readied the machine for transfer to station 2.As a powder painter, painted metal parts which are assembled into agricultural products. Approximately 10 plus years in the Corrections industry. Have been trained with the Federal Bureau of Prisons at the Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia. Have completed the POST standards certification for becoming a law enforcement officer in the State of North Dakota. Am currently expired. Was previously employed as a Wage and Hour Investigator with the North Dakota Department of Labor. Work consisted of determining whether laws were violated and whether back wages were owed to present and former employees. Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic which enables me to complete any job assigned to me with perfection. Not afraid to take on any new challenges.
