PLANNING ENGINEER/PROJECT SCHEDULER:

Responsible for the preparation of Project Baseline Programme for “Tender Programme Schedule Plan” during on stage of tendering process and “Construction Programme Schedule Plan” during execution of works process and project closing with the coordination of the Project Management Teams.

Review and continuously monitoring, against approved programme schedules, with the Contractor’s major construction work progress data dates and to ensure the availability of 3

Materials, Equipments and Manpower resources are as plan or in case of any non- compliance subjected to report with the Projects Controls Manager.

Preparation for the Project Extension of Time (EOT) in line to the Project Delay Events issues against the approved and applied Project Baseline Programme vs. Actual Project Status data updates and coordination with the project management team for further review, finalize and submission with the Contractor’s, Client/Consultants.

Preparation for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Project Progress reporting and submission with the Contractors, Client/Consultant’s and reporting to the Projects Control Manager’s for any project deficiency, site issue or non-compliance involving the site project status of works.

Preparation and assisting for the Monthly Progress Data reporting and Executive Presentations with the Project Management Team.

Regular visits to project sites to insure and validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with the approved programme schedules, major milestones have been meet and report deficiencies if any to the Projects Management Team.

Attending for the Daily, Weekly and Monthly executive progress & technical management meetings and participate in preparing the agenda for site issues and coordination with the project teams (Managers/Engineers).

Preparation for the Project Testing & Commissioning Programme Plan (T&C) with the coordination and review of the Project Team, during in the stages and start off of the commissioning works with the completed site activities and installation works prior and subjected for submission and approvals with the Contractors, Client/Consultants.
